At RebelliousKreazions, every item in our store is custom made to order through our trusted print-on-demand partner. This means your order is produced specifically for you once it is placed. Please read this shipping policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.
Production Time
Before your order ships it goes through a production process. This includes printing your item, quality checking it, and preparing it for shipment. Production typically takes 3 to 7 business days. Please note that production time is separate from shipping time and is not included in the shipping estimate.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been produced and handed over to the carrier, estimated shipping transit time is approximately 17 to 22 business days depending on your location. This means your total fulfilment time from order placement to delivery is estimated at 20 to 29 business days.
Please keep in mind that these are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, and other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the product type, weight, and destination. For orders containing multiple products the shipping cost may vary depending on the product mix and total shipment weight. The most accurate shipping rate for your order will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Customs and Import Duties
For orders delivered within the United States, all customs duties and import related fees are fully covered and no additional charges will be required from you. For international orders we operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) model which means the shipping rate you see covers both freight costs and destination import duties or taxes in most cases. However in rare situations customers in certain remote areas may be required to pay local customs fees upon delivery due to local regulations. These situations are determined by local policy and may vary over time.

Please note that due to international legal changes, carrier restrictions, war, or other external factors some destinations may become temporarily unavailable even if they were previously supported.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Lost or Damaged Orders

Delays
We do our best to ensure timely delivery for every order. However delays can sometimes occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, peak season volume, carrier disruptions, or local delivery conditions. If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe please reach out to us and we will do everything we can to help resolve the situation.
