REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Overview
At RebelliousKreazions every item is custom printed and made to order just for you through our print-on-demand partner. Because of this our refund and returns process works a little differently from a traditional retail store. Please read this policy carefully so you know exactly what is and isn't covered.
How to Submit a Return or Refund Request
If you have an issue with your order please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. To help us process your request as quickly as possible please include the following in your message:
Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Photos of the item where relevant (especially for damaged or defective items)
You can reach us at support@rebelliouskreazions.com. We aim to review and process all requests within 7 working days of receiving them.
What Qualifies for a Refund or Return
We want you to be happy with your order. Refunds or replacements are available in the following situations:

Your item arrived damaged or defective

Your item was misprinted or the wrong item was sent to you

Your package was lost in transit
Please note that all claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. For packages lost in transit all claims must be submitted no more than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. Requests submitted outside of these timeframes may not be accepted.
What Does Not Qualify for a Refund or Return
Because every item is made specifically to order the following situations are not eligible for a return or refund:

Change of mind or no longer wanting the item

Ordering the wrong size please refer to our size guide before placing your order

Items that were accurately printed according to the design provided but the customer decides are not what they intended

Items that are worn, washed, stained, damaged by the customer, or altered in any way

Hygiene items including tights, underwear, pajamas, swimsuits, socks, and masks

Sample items
-
Deliberately damaged items

Items returned more than 7 days after the date of receipt

Delivery delays caused by incorrect information provided at checkout such as a wrong shipping address or incorrect phone number
How Returns Work
If your return or refund request is approved please do not send your item back without contacting us first. You must reach out to us to obtain the correct return address and return instructions before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior confirmation will not be accepted.
Please also note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer freight to collect service for return shipments.
All returned items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. We are unable to accept items that show signs of wear, staining, damage, or alteration.
Refunds
Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved the refund will be returned to the original payment method used to place the order. Refunds are processed in the same currency as the original purchase.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled and fully refunded while they are still in the "In Review" status. Once production has begun on your order it cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel an order please contact us at support@rebelliouskreazions.com as soon as possible so we can check the current status of your order.
Late Shipment Compensation
We work hard to ensure every order is produced and shipped on time. For standard orders we aim to complete production within 3 to 7 working days and ship no later than the 8th working day from the date of payment. If you have not received any shipping or tracking information by the end of the 7th working day you may be eligible for a compensation refund of up to 10% of your original product price.
Please note this compensation does not apply if the delay was caused by changes on the customer's side such as design modifications, additional requirements, or an incorrect shipping address.
